> Accountability Layer for AI

I build the accountability layer between your AI and your reputation.

AI can execute tasks, flag anomalies, and draft policies🤖 but it cannot go to jail, face a Board, or rebuild a damaged name. I help small teams and families run AI-powered systems with clear ownership, mature guardrails, and security you can stand behind.

About Me

I work at the intersection of AI, security, and human responsibility. My focus is on building the governance and control structures that keep powerful automation aligned with real-world accountability. AI can detect anomalies and propose actions, but it cannot lose a reputation or sit in front of a Board and say, “I own this risk.” People do. My work is about making that boundary explicit and defensible.

I bring mature security thinking, risk modeling, access governance, and program architecture into environments that often lack it. Small companies and families who still deserve high assurance. I use AI as a practical tool, not a spectacle: near real-time access audits and reauthorizations delivered through Slack, AI-assisted vulnerability management and triage, and clear, executive-ready narratives that explain a security program in the moments that matter, like M&A.

Underneath it all is a simple principle: security is about decisions and tradeoffs, not fear. I help you see the risks you are actually taking, quantify their impact where possible, and design controls that match your values, your appetite, and your obligations.

My Skills

AI Assurance and Integrity

I help you use LLMs and automation without surrendering control: guardrails against data leakage, unsafe prompts, and quiet model drift that would otherwise reshape your operations without anyone noticing.

Autonomous Response Governance

Automation is powerful, but it should never be reckless. I design the rules of engagement that decide when a system may act on its own and when accountability must return to a human with the authority (liability) to say yes.

Cloud Risk Architecture

Instead of endless configuration checklists, I build a clear picture of how your cloud footprint, data flows, and third parties translate into real risk for your business or family, then align controls to that picture.

Dynamic Risk Modeling

I turn scattered findings and vague red-yellow-green ratings into structured scenarios, tradeoffs, and, where useful, financial estimates so you can explain and defend your decisions to stakeholders who do not speak security.

AI-Driven Access Assurance

By combining logs, context, and AI, I support near real-time access reviews and reauthorization via tools like Slack, making it easier to keep permissions current without grinding your team to a halt.

AI-Assisted Exposure Management

I use AI to help sort, group, and interpret vulnerabilities so you can focus limited effort on the exposures that are most likely to be exploited and most damaging if they are.

> Projects

My Projects

My work often takes the shape of small, opinionated tools and architectures rather than large platforms. One example is a Financial Risk and Scenario Simulator I built to show how different security decisions play out in real dollars over time. It turns abstract vulnerabilities and incidents into concrete tradeoffs: if we accept this risk, what might it cost us; if we mitigate it, what are we buying?

Across projects, the constant theme is the same: use AI to sharpen judgment, not replace it. Whether it is access reviews in Slack, AI-assisted vulnerability triage, or preparing security program overviews for M&A, each piece is designed to make accountability clearer and decisions easier to defend.

I work quietly with people who feel the weight of responsibility: founders, small teams, and families who know that “just trusting the system” is not a plan. If you are thinking about how AI, automation, or complex infrastructure might affect your reputation, your finances, or the people who depend on you, reach out through my LinkedIn or GitHub profiles below. I will meet you where you are, speak plainly, and help you understand the risks you are actually carrying 💵 and what you can do about them 🛡️.
